Do you have plenty of energy, a friendly manner, and a passion for delivering excellent service in a busy airport café and
hospitality pod? Coastline Café and the Cove Pod at Exeter Airport are seeking enthusiastic, dependable individuals to join our
lively team. This is a fixed-term position, running from April to September, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week.
Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to licensing laws and must have reliable access to transport for early shifts starting from
2:30am.
ABOUT THE ROLE
* Welcome and assist guests at Coastline Café and Cove Pod, ensuring a warm, positive atmosphere for travellers
* Take and serve orders for food and drinks, including alcoholic beverages, always providing prompt, professional service
* Demonstrate strong product knowledge, offering menu recommendations and highlighting local specialities
* Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the café and pod areas, restock supplies, and help set/reset tables as needed
* Follow strict health, safety, and hygiene procedures (full training provided)
* Work closely with colleagues as part of a supportive team, assisting other hospitality units as needed
SHIFT INFORMATION & REQUIREMENTS
* Fixed term contract from April to September, 40 hours per week
* Shifts begin as early as 2:30am; flexibility for late or overnight work to match airport demand
* Access to reliable transport is essential for early starts and late finishes
