We are looking for a Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You'll be working 40 hours a week(Days,Nights and Weekends) at Cygnet Hospital Kidsgrove Cygnet Hospital Kidsgrove is our new hospital for women in Staffordshire. The service is now open and accepting referrals. There are two wards at the hospital; a 20 bed Acute service for women and an 11 bed Highly Specialised Personality Disorder Rehabilitation service. Crocus Ward provides a safe and stabilising environment for women who are experiencing an acute episode of mental illness and require an emergency admission. Burleigh Ward provides specialised support for women with a personality disorder and other complex needs. Your day-to-day Lead an allocated team of nurses & support workers Ensure care & associated duties are allocated effectively & within team members competence Supervise junior staff &, leading by example, teach & guide them Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit & improve quality Safeguard & promote the wellbeing of service users Manage medication Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with service users, relatives & other healthcare professionals Be responsible for the co-ordination, assessment, planning, implementation & evaluation of individual patient programmes of care.
