Neway International are seeking an HR Administrator to join our client based with London Borough of Hillingdon.
Location: London Borough of Hillingdon
Hours: 36 hours per week
Start Date: 23/02/2026
End Date: Initially for 3 months, likely to be extended.

The Role
The HR Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll support, and HR compliance. This role is essential in maintaining accurate HR data, supporting employee queries, and ensuring smooth HR operations during a period of restructuring.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Support onboarding processes for new starters.
Complete pre‑employment checks including references, DBS, and Right to Work.
2. Employee Records Management
Maintain accurate employee data within HR systems.
Update personal details, job changes, and compliance documentation.
Manage personnel files and ensure confidentiality.
3. Payroll & Benefits Support
Assist with payroll preparation including timesheets and absence records.
Handle pay, benefits, and deduction queries.
Process payroll and HR‑related forms.
4. HR Compliance & Policies
Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements.
Support audits and compliance reporting.
Process DBS applications and monitor Right to Work and DBS reports.
Send chasers and compliance reminders to employees.
5. General HR Administration
Respond to employee queries professionally and efficiently.
Prepare HR reports and metrics.
Manage absence and leave records.
Process reference requests.
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
Experience working in an HR Administration role.
Effective administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience maintaining administrative and monitoring systems.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Experience working in an office/administration environment.
Knowledge of business processes and IT systems used in frontline service administration.
GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent experience.
