We’re looking for a high-energy Recruiter to help us scale our sales organisation by attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, spotting potential, and building teams — not just filling seats.
You’ll play a key role in the growth of the business by identifying future sales leaders and team builders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
• Screen applicants and conduct first-stage interviews
• Communicate role expectations clearly and confidently
• Coordinate interview schedules and onboarding
• Build relationships with candidates and maintain a talent pipeline
• Work closely with leadership to meet hiring targets
• Represent the company culture and values throughout the hiring process

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident on phone, video, and in-person interviews
• Organised, proactive, and results-driven
• Comfortable working toward weekly/monthly recruitment targets
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Sales, recruitment, or customer-facing experience (preferred, not required)
