We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven recruiter to further develop their career while playing a key role in expanding our healthcare recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and develop recruitment activity within an allocated territory
-Develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector
-Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients
-Arrange and attend client meetings and conduct regular client visits
-Source, attract, and screen suitable candidates for healthcare roles
-Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle
-Work collaboratively with both in-office and remote colleagues to achieve team targets
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
-A minimum of 2 year’s experience in healthcare recruitment or a related sector
-Full-time right to work in the UK
-A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
-Proven experience in generating new business and meeting recruitment targets
Benefits:
-Competitive basic salary £28,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience). It can be even more based on your expertise
