HR Advisor
Location: Near Windsor (Datchet)
Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours (flexible working available)
Based at our client’s beautiful Head Office in Datchet, we’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join a supportive and high-performing Employee Relations team.

The Role
As an HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering practical, fair, and commercially focused employee relations support across the business. You’ll manage a varied and fast-paced caseload, partnering with managers to drive confident and compliant people decisions.
Key responsibilities for the HR Advisor include:
• Managing a wide range of ER cases across disciplinary, grievance, absence, redundancy, retirement, and litigation
• Providing clear, timely advice to managers, working closely with legal partners where required
• Coaching and upskilling line managers on best-practice ER approaches
• Ensuring compliance with UK employment law, GDPR, and internal policies
• Preparing case documentation, correspondence, and supporting hearings and meetings
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
• Tracking ER cases, identifying trends, and producing insightful reports
• Supporting wider HR initiatives including TUPE, leadership development, trade union engagement, and ad hoc projects
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR policies and processes
About You
We’re looking for someone confident, organised, and comfortable operating in a high-volume ER environment.
You’ll bring to the HR Advisor role:
• Proven HR/ER experience within a fast-paced setting
• Confidence managing complex ER cases, including tribunal exposure
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and GDPR
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable (but not essential):
• Experience within Facilities Management, Cleaning, or Security
• Exposure to Trade Unions
• CIPD Level 5 qualification
