The Sales & Client Relationship Manager will drive sustainable revenue and growth across defined markets within the bulk material handling sector. The role focuses on identifying and securing new projects, developing long-term customer relationships, and converting complex engineering opportunities into commercially successful outcomes. You will identify new opportunities, build strategic relationships, and maximise customer value.
The successful candidate will need to display the desire, drive, and determination to perform as part of a team. You will be given responsibility requiring you to organise your workload and be proactive. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exceptional experience.
Main activities & responsibilities:
§ Develop and deliver market-specific sales strategies
§ Identify and develop new market opportunities in existing markets
§ Generate a robust pipeline of engineering opportunities
§ Build long-term client relationships
§ Provide sales forecasts and KPI reporting
§ Represent the Company at events
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
§ 5+ years’ experience in bulk material handling or heavy engineering
§ Strong commercial judgement
§ Excellent communication skills
§ Self-motivated and organised
§ Microsoft 365 skills
§ Full UK driving licence and valid passport
