We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to work at New Lubbesthorpe Primary School.
New Lubbesthorpe Primary School first opened in the autumn term of 2019. It is a rapidly growing 3-form entry school, currently with 423 pupils. As an expanding school, we are looking to recruit an administration assistant with good communication and organisational skills to join our team, full time, Monday to Thursday 8:00 – 16:00 and Friday 8:00 – 15:30.
Duties included in the role are:
Reception duties, acting as first point of contact for all telephone and face-to-face enquiries and ensuring our security procedures for visitors are properly followed. You will be the first point of contact, providing a warm welcome to visitors and ensure welfare support for all of our pupils.
Assist the administration team to provide effective day to day support to the school community.
Receiving deliveries and purchasing support.
Free School Meals / Holiday Vouchers.
Assist with the drafting of the school newsletter.
Organisation and administration of school photograph days.
Organisation and administration of school provided after school extra-curricular clubs.
Support the maintenance of electronic pupil data and attendance tracking.
Maintain confidentiality of information at all times relating to pupil, staff and all school matters.
Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with administrative tasks

Excellent communication skills.
The ability to work as part of a team, showing flexibility.
Experience of working in an office environment.
Sound ICT and secretarial skills.
The vacancy we are advertising are for is 37 hours per week and 39 weeks per year (term time, plus training days).Working hours is full time, Monday to Thursday 8:00 – 16:00 and Friday 8:00 – 15:30Annual Salary is £25191 - 25590
