Full Time - 37.5 hours per week (including sleep-ins)
£12.64 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift
Driver Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence (Automatic accepted)

We're looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and fun-loving Support Worker to join our fantastic team in Worcester (WR4). This is a lively shared home supporting five amazing individuals - three gentlemen and two ladies aged 18-65 - all of whom have learning disabilities or autism.
One gentleman has additional mobility needs and uses a wheelchair full-time; others use wheelchairs when out in the community.
This is a house filled with laughter, music, energy and long-standing relationships. You'll be joining a supportive, experienced team where everyone plays an important role in creating a positive, warm and inclusive environment.

- Music, dancing and sensory activities
- Trampolining and bowling

What you will be doingYour role will be varied and rewarding, including:
Promoting independenceSupporting people to make choices, try new things and take part in activities they love.
Personal careProviding dignified, person-centred personal care.
Mobility support- Full-time support for one gentleman with a mobility disability
- Wheelchair support for others when out in the community
Health & wellbeingAdministering medication and supporting feeding needs for one individual.
Community & social activitiesJoining in with bowling, music, swimming, social events and general fun.
Household tasksMeal preparation, cleaning, shopping and ensuring the home is welcoming and cosy.
This team works closely together and has a strong bond - you'll be welcomed, supported and valued from day one.
Shift patternsShifts include:
- Early: 8:00am - 3:30pm
- Late: 1:30pm - 9:00pm
- Long Day Sleep-In: 2:00pm - 1:00pm the following day
- Sleep-In: 10:30pm - 7:00am (£50 paid to sleep)
Rotas are provided 4 weeks in advance to support your work-life balance.
