The Supported Living Manager at Le Grand Courtil is responsible for leading
and managing a high-quality, person-centred supported living service for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. The role ensures individuals are supported to live independently with dignity, choice, and control while achieving the best possible quality of life.
The Manager oversees staff performance and development, promotes positive behaviour support, safeguards vulnerable adults, and ensures compliance with organisational and regulatory standards. Working in partnership with families, carers, and multi-disciplinary professionals, the Manager drives continuous improvement, effective care pathways, and community engagement to deliver excellent outcomes for service users.
