DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities (SOC 2455 aligned): A Construction Contract Manager at JAS.SINGH ENTERPRISE LTD is responsible for organising and managing all our small building and repair projects from start to finish. This includes handling jobs such as kitchen and bathroom repairs, fixing leaks, refurbishing bathrooms, repairing brick walls, roof repairs, and other general maintenance work. They review each job request that comes in online, arrange the right subcontractors, and make sure the work is carried out safely, on time, and within the agreed budget. They communicate with customers to confirm job details, keep them updated, and ensure they are satisfied with the completed work. They also check the quality of the work, solve any issues that arise on site, and make sure all tasks meet our company standards and legal requirements. Overall, they ensure every project runs smoothly and professionally.
SALARY RANGE: £33500 to £45000, depending upon experience.
LOCATION: 44, The Queen Square, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4EP. United Kingdom
JOB TYPE: Full-time, permanent. 37.5 hours per week.
