Summary

Are you motivated by improving how major infrastructure projects are delivered? We’re looking for a Performance Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and is driven by turning complex information into meaningful insights.

In this role, you’ll take the lead in administering, monitoring, and reporting on construction project performance within the water infrastructure sector, ensuring production, cost, quality, programme, efficiency, and benefit outcomes stay firmly on track. You’ll work closely with client and project teams to provide regular performance forecasts, highlight risks, guide decision‑making, and support the efficient progression of large programmes—from early project development through to design, delivery, and handover. You’ll remove barriers to progress, champion good governance, and help embed improved processes and digital ways of working that strengthen business performance across the board.
