- Be able to build rapport across the Trust and use negotiation skills to provide consistent, high-quality support.
- Provide clear advice on standards and isn't afraid to challenge existing processes to drive improvements.
- Be capable of working independently or as part of a team, staying resilient and adaptable during periods of change.
- Handle sensitive investigations with sound judgment and take a proactive approach to their own professional growth.
- Take full ownership of statutory requirements, ensuring all tasks and deadlines are accurately tracked.
