You will help create an inclusive environment where individuals feel empowered to build confidence, develop life skills and achieve their goals.The RoleProvide personalised support in residents’ homesEncourage daily living skills: budgeting, shopping, cooking and cleaningFollow support plans and risk assessmentsBuild positive, compassionate relationships and work collaboratively with colleaguesNo personal care involvedAbout YouYou are respectful, reliable and confident communicating with people with diverse needs. You work well independently and as part of a team, and you bring a person-centred, inclusive approach to your work. Experience in a similar role is required.A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, along with completing at least one sleep-in per week (paid at £52.78).
