Somerdale Educate Together Primary School is looking for a highly skilled learning support assistant, to join our team 4 days per week delivering classroom learning support, group and 1:1 interventions. Learning Support Assistants are an integral part of the teaching and learning at our school. LSAs receive high-quality training and CPD and play a full and active part in the decision-making and communication systems across the school.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can inspire and develop a love of learning in our children so that they will reach their full potential.
Our ideal LSA will:
have experience working with children with specific needs
have some knowledge and understanding of complex needs
have experience of supporting and leading individuals and small groups
be willing to learn and develop professionally
be flexible and have the ability to use their own initiative
be committed to actively supporting and modelling the ethos and values of Educate Together
It is important to us that we work closely with our children, parents, staff team and the local community therefore we need a team player who can help build our school family, developing positive relationships with all these stakeholders.

The actual salary for these hours is £15,721. The closing date is February 23rd at 9am.Interviews will be held on March 2nd
