Crynodeb
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage their own caseload of School Admissions across Lincolnshire. You will be responsible for assessing each case on its merits while ensuring full compliance with the authority’s policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills are essential, alongside a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
This role benefits from hybrid working, offering the flexibility of working from home combined with time in the office alongside a supportive team.
About You
You will be a dynamic, self‑motivated professional who can work effectively under pressure and manage conflicting deadlines. As this is a smarter working opportunity, the ability to prioritise tasks, manage workloads, and make informed decisions independently is crucial.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Education to A‑Level standard or equivalent
Experience working within a local authority, school, or equivalent environment
A basic understanding of education law and statutory codes of practice relating to admissions and associated procedures
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience accurately capturing, organising, and retrieving information to support organisational and customer needs
Above all, you will bring the right skills, professionalism, and positive attitude to contribute effectively to a fast-paced area of work.
About Our Offer
In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
A contributory pension scheme (contribution rate of approx. 24%)
A comprehensive benefits package, including excellent discount schemes and a cycle‑to‑work programme
Flexible working policies
Opportunities for continued career progression
A generous annual leave entitlement, with the option to purchase additional leave
If you would like an open and informal discussion regarding this role, please contact Jessica Hart by emailing Jessica.Hart1@lincolnshire.gov.uk or calling on 01522 553304.
Interviews will be held on Tuesday 12th March 2026.
Best of luck with your application.
