What You'll Be Doing:
• Leading the strategic development and delivery of SEND provision
• Managing, coaching and developing the experienced SEND team
• Overseeing EHCP processes, reviews, and statutory compliance
• Coordinating individualised interventions for high-needs pupils
• Championing inclusive practice across the curriculum and staff
• Liaising purposefully with parents, carers, agencies, and governors
