What You'll Be Doing:
• Designing, driving, and monitoring whole-school SEND provision
• Leading, coaching & inspiring colleagues to deliver inclusive practice
• Building highly effective partnerships with families, specialists, and external agencies
• Championing student voice and ensuring pupil-centred interventions
• Analysing SEND data to help embed high-impact strategies
• Advising on EHCPs, assessments, and statutory requirements
