Taylor Blackwood Associates are currently recruiting a skilled MIG Welder on behalf of a leading manufacturing organisation.
This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity, offering long-term stability, hands-on experience, and the chance to work as part of a supportive fabrication team.

The Role
As a MIG Welder, your responsibilities will include:
Performing MIG welding to assemble or fabricate metal structures
Conducting stick welding on various materials as required
Working with sheet metal to create components
Operating hand and power tools to prepare materials for welding
Using basic maths skills for measurements and calculations
Fabricating metal components to required specifications
Reading and interpreting blueprints accurately
The Candidate
We are keen to speak with candidates who:
Have at least 1 year of experience in MIG welding, stick welding, and working with hand and power tools
Are competent in sheet metal work and fabricating metal components
Can read and interpret blueprints
Have strong mechanical knowledge and attention to detail
Are reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
Are motivated to develop their skills and take ownership of tasks
