Workforce are currently working with a well-established and growing engineering manufacturer operating within a project-based fabrication and assembly environment. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit a skilled Fabricator / Welder / Fitter to join their experienced team on a permanent basis.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will work on projects from start to finish, rather than repetitive bench or jig work.
The Role-
Approx. 30% welding & fabrication / 70% fitting & assembly

MIG welding (TIG experience highly desirable)

Fabrication and fitting of engineered structures and assemblies

Working from fully detailed engineering drawings

General mechanical fitting and hands-on assembly work

Working in a covered outdoor workshop environment

Close collaboration with a skilled and supportive engineering team
The Ideal Candidate-
Experienced Fabricator / Welder / Fitter

Able to read and work confidently from engineering drawings

Strong practical and mechanical fitting skills

Comfortable working independently once trained

Team player with a positive, reliable attitude

Experience in project-based or bespoke fabrication advantageous
What’s On Offer-
£17.00-£19.00 per hour, depending on experience
