Location: Brownhills
Pay: £17.50 – £18.50 per hour DOE
Hours: 38 hours per week – Mon–Thurs 08:54–16:30 | Fri 08:54–13:30
Contract: Temp-to-perm

What You’ll Be Doing

• TIG, MIG & Pulse MIG welding on pipe and plate

  
  

• Positional welding on pressure vessels, boilers, and superheater pipework

  
  

• Producing X-ray, DPI, and MPI approved welds

  
  

• Working in 2G and 6G positions – 6G & 2G experience is highly desirable

  
  

• Welding stainless and carbon steel tubes (butt welds & fillets)

  
  What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ welding experience

    
    

  • Confident in 6G TIG welding (2G a plus)

    
    

  • Tube-to-tube butt weld experience

    
    

  • Previous coded welding qualifications preferred

    
    

  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and quality-driven

    
    What’s On Offer

    • £17.50 – £18.50 per hour DOE

      
      

    • Enhanced overtime: Mon–Fri +1/3 | Sat +1/2 | Sun double time

      
      

    • Working hours: 38 hours/week – Mon–Thurs 08:54–16:30 | Fri 08:54–13:30

      
      

    • Night shifts available after training

      
      

    • 26 days’ holiday + bank holidays (once permanent)
