Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a reputable nursery in Tottenham, North London (N15).
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Nursery Deputy Manager to join a supportive management team in a well-run early years setting. This role is suitable for a Level 3 qualified practitioner with recent leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the overall management of the nursery
• Act as deputy in the absence of the Nursery Manager
• Support staff supervision, performance, and development
• Ensure EYFS delivery and safeguarding standards are met
• Build positive relationships with parents and staff
Requirements:
• Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum)
• Recent nursery management or deputy experience
• Strong understanding of EYFS and Ofsted requirements
• Organised, proactive, and confident leader
Hours & Salary:
• Full time
• All year round
• Salary £31,000 – £34,000
