We are seeking an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day management of a busy nursery setting. This is a full-time, all-year-round role, ideal for a strong practitioner ready to take the next step in leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Nursery Manager in daily operations
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the nursery team
• Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards
• Support staff development, rotas, and ratios
• Maintain high standards of care, learning, and wellbeing
Requirements:
• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Recent experience in a supervisory or management role
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
• Confident leadership and communication skills
Hours & Salary:
• Full time
• All year round
• Salary £31,000 – £34,000, depending on experience
