We're looking for a Compliance Assistant who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to administrative schedules.
Contract: Permanent Type: Part TimeHours: 25 hours per week (09.30AM to 14.30PM -Monday to Friday)Pay: £13.00 per hour Location: Pladis, Crossley Road, Stockport, Cheshire, England, M19 2SD
Role Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative support across a variety of tasks and systems.
-Act as a central contact for the team, managing calls and communications.
-Raise purchase orders and manage tasks within the CAFM system.
-Support monthly reporting and maintain shared drive documentation.
-Coordinate waste service bookings, fleet car servicing, and PPE/uniform/stationery orders.
What we're looking for:
-Experience in administration or customer service.
-Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
-Ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines.
-Excellent communication and organisational skills.
-Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
