Compliance Co-ordinatorAbout the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and organised Compliance Co-ordinator to join our Fire Safety Programme team, reporting to the Compliance Delivery Manager. This pivotal role will support the delivery of passive fire remedial works across a diverse property estate, ensuring all activities comply with relevant regulations and best practice, and that essential building information is accurately maintained.

Main Responsibilities
-Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to confirm the scope of works, maintain records, and help manage expectations before and during tender processes.

-Monitor contractor progress on remedial works, logging updates, and escalating issues as appropriate to ensure timely and compliant completion.

-Assist in verifying completion of works and ensuring all documentation required for ADB Regulation 38 and third-party certification is collected and appropriately stored.

-Maintain up-to-date programme tracking documentation, supporting the team in closing out actions and sustaining the golden thread of building information.

Key Skills & Experience
-Basic understanding of fire safety regulations, compartmentation, and fire door standards (desirable, not essential - training will be provided).

-Experience in an administrative, compliance, facilities, or construction-related environment is desirable.

-Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

-Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, both written and verbal.

-Familiarity with compliance or asset management systems such as Lucernex, C365, or Verisae is an advantage, but not essential.

Qualifications
-NEBOSH Fire Safety or equivalent qualification (desirable, not essential).

-Relevant administrative or technical qualification would be beneficial.

-Willingness to undertake further training in fire safety and compliance.
