Summary
Your new company
Property company is recruiting for an experienced temporary compliance coordinator to join their busy team. Hybrid working, usually 2 days a week in the offices in Manchester
Your new role
- Supporting the fire safety team in managing databases, collating information and providing reports
- 1st line responder to internal and external queries
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of compliance work are maintained
- Ensure compliance-related certificates and reports are recorded and checked with non-compliances and additional work is identified to relevant colleagues.
- Provide information for audits
- Management of systems for the creation of work orders, budgets and payments
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a similar role is required ideally, with an understanding of property management, maintenance and planned work.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced compliance setting
- Customer focused with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong administration skills
- Methodical approach to work with strong time management skills
- Able to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong IT skills
