About the role

Our family hubs are the one stop shop for families in the community, offering support, advice, and guidance in the heart of the community, through a range of interventions that will help all families improve their outcomes

We are wanting committed and dedicated early help professionals to join us in delivering the best services and outcomes for our children and families.

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare & Education or primary education, health, or social work.
  • Level 4 award in work with parents (would be ideal).
  • Extensive experience of working with children and families in the community.
  • Experience of visiting and delivering interventions in the family home.
  • Sound knowledge of child development to support a good level of development.
  • Sound knowledge of safeguarding and commitment to undertaking risk assessments of the work environment to ensure safety to self and others.
