IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting General Mobile Operatives to join a recycling and environmental services team covering the East Devon District. This is a hands-on, outdoor role supporting recycling, cleaning, and grounds maintenance operations across multiple locations.
Key Duties-
Emptying bins across designated sites.

General area cleaning and grounds maintenance.

Travelling across the district to complete assigned tasks.

Working independently across multiple locations.

Driving small caged trucks, vans, and similar vehicles.

Full UK driving licence - essential.

Previous experience as a recycling operative or in a similar manual role.

Experience working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling and heavy lifting.

Strong teamwork ethic.

Reliable, flexible, and self-motivated approach to work.

Pay rate of £13.69 per hour.

Day shift working pattern.

Temporary ongoing role starting in March.
