Role Overview: This is a 360 recruitment role with a strong focus on business development. You will be responsible for winning new clients, managing the full recruitment cycle, and closing placements.
We are looking for someone who already knows recruitment and can perform independently.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new clients through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Achieve monthly targets
• Sell recruitment services and close job briefs
• Manage full 360 recruitment cycle (client + candidate)
• Source, screen, and submit candidates
• Coordinate interviews and close placements
• Maintain accurate records using Excel and email
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
• 2–3 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant
• Proven sales / business development record in recruitment
• Experience in 360 recruitment
• Experience in target based job
• Confident with cold calling and client acquisition
• Able to work independently in a remote setup
• Comfortable doing face to face visit with clients
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and revenue-focused mindset
• Immediate Joiner
Working Hours:
Full-time: 42 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Should have their own laptop

• Ability to bring in new clients in the first month
• Consistent pipeline building and deal closing
