£26k base plus bonus opportunity up to £6k

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Complaints & Resolutions Administrator to join our growing team at CarMoney. This is a key role supporting the effective management of complaints, resolutions, and associated administration, ensuring fair outcomes for customers and compliance with regulatory requirements.

What you’ll be doing
· Logging & allocating new complaints and rejections

· Managing the Complaints inbox, ensuring records are accurately updated with all communications

· Logging Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) complaints

· Managing associated costs centrally, including authorisation from Management

· Input payments on the bank

· Reconciling costs to accounting system on a weekly basis, ensuring accuracy

· Sending cases to external agencies and communicating updates

· Managing auction stock and sales

What you’ll need
· Experience in an accounts, administration, or debt collection role

· Knowledge of FCA and GDPR requirements (desirable)

· Knowledge of the car finance industry (desirable)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

· A collaborative, team-focused approach

· Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external agencies

· A proactive mindset, taking ownership and responsibility to get things done
