Summary
We are looking to recruit Clinical Support Workers who are eager for new challenges and professional growth. Our Emergency Departments are extremely busy and offer experience across Majors, Minors, Resus, Triage, Paediatrics, and the Clinical Decision Unit. We pride ourselves on being a friendly, integrated, and welcoming team.
We welcome experienced Clinical Support Workers; previous hospital experience is desirable but not essential. You must have GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or Functional Skills, plus a Care Certificate and/or NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification. The role includes delegated clinical tasks such as cannula insertion/removal, venepuncture, wound assessment and simple dressings, and removal of urinary catheters. Training will be provided.
Successful applicants will complete an induction programme, including all Trust statutory and mandatory training. We are looking for motivated individuals committed to high standards of patient care and ongoing professional development.
You must be able to work effectively as part of a team, use your initiative, and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
