• Have experience working as a Teaching Assistant or with young people aged 11–16

• Are passionate about helping students overcome barriers to learning

  
  

• Are adaptable and happy to work across a range of subjects at KS3–KS4

  
  

• Have a positive, proactive, and patient approach
