This role could be ideal if you:

Have experience working as a Teaching Assistant or with young people aged 11–16

Are confident supporting pupils in lessons, on a 1:1 basis, or in small groups

Can assist teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery

Are passionate about helping students overcome barriers to learning

Are adaptable and happy to work across a range of subjects at KS3–KS4

Have a positive, proactive, and patient approach
