We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting our clients across multiple channels. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, resolving service queries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
Sales
• Proactively engage with customers to identify needs and upsell relevant products and services through an omnichannel approach for our client, Samsung
• Manage stock allocation and assist customers with product selection.
• Proactive pipeline management to maximize customer value & deliver individual & team targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate effectively with field-based BDM team to deliver tailored solutions and drive account growth
Service
• Resolve issues and queries promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to deliver excellent customer service.
• Guide customers through website navigation and provide support.
Key Competencies & Required Skills:
• Proven experience in sales and or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across various communication channels.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
• Must be able to work from the Leeds office a minimum of 2 days per week.
