About the role
We are seeking an ambitious, digitally minded Head of Marketing Services to lead our institutional marketing strategy and drive student recruitment, brand growth and market share in an increasingly competitive sector.
This is a senior leadership role with real influence - shaping how we tell our story, how we engage future students, and how we turn insight into impact.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team spanning marketing, CRM, digital engagement and creative services. Together, you’ll deliver high-impact marketing recruitment campaigns, drive digital transformation, and ensure marketing investment delivers measurable return.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the University, using data, insight and creativity to move prospects from first touch to enrolment - and beyond.

Main Responsibilities
Developing and delivering institution-wide marketing strategies aligned to University KPIs, brand ambition and recruitment targets
Leading multi-channel student recruitment campaigns across digital, content, CRM and paid media
Driving a digital transformation roadmap, improving processes, systems, data usage and ways of working
Using marketing analytics, insight and ROI modelling to optimise performance and inform investment decisions
Managing budgets, suppliers, tenders and contracts with strong governance and commercial focus
Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the University to deliver innovative, insight-led campaigns that drive acquisition and conversion
