What You'll Be Doing:
• Champion whole-school SEND policy, driving inclusive practice at every level
• Lead and develop a high-performing SEN team, setting the gold standard in support
• Liaise with families, external agencies, and staff to achieve outstanding outcomes
• Oversee EHCP processes, provision mapping, and progress tracking
• Deliver staff training, coaching, and support to embed quality-first teaching

Ideal "SENDCO" for this Camden School:

• NASENCO qualification or commitment to achieve
