Sparklean Limited is expanding, and this is an exciting moment to join a business that prides itself on quality, reliability, and long‑term client partnerships.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of facilities management contracts across the East Midlands. This role is central to our continued growth, and we’re looking for someone who thrives on responsibility, builds strong relationships, and delivers exceptional service standards.
The Contract Manager will take full ownership of day‑to‑day contract delivery, ensuring that all services are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual obligations. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, attending regular review meetings, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that Sparklean Limited consistently exceeds expectations. This is a hands‑on role that requires strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to lead teams across multiple sites.
A major part of the position involves managing operational staff, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard. You’ll oversee scheduling, resource allocation, performance management, and compliance with health and safety regulations. You’ll also be responsible for monitoring KPIs, preparing reports, managing budgets, and ensuring that each contract remains profitable while maintaining excellent service delivery. The ability to analyse operational performance and implement improvements will be essential.
The role is field‑based across the East Midlands, with regular travel to client sites.
To support this, we offer a company car or car allowance, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for you. You’ll also work closely with our senior leadership team, contributing to strategic planning, supporting tender submissions, and helping to shape the future of our service offering.
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in facilities management—ideally within cleaning, soft services, or multi‑service environments—who can demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. You should be confident managing multiple contracts simultaneously, comfortable working under pressure, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. A full UK driving licence is essential.
If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and want to join a company that values initiative, professionalism, and continuous improvement, Sparklean Limited would love to hear from you. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact within a growing organisation and to build long‑lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues.
