Summary
Permanent – Full Time – 40hours
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyorto join our dynamic commercial team. In this role you will take ownership of financial and cost control across one or more developments from award through to final account completion.
Your responsibilities will include effective commercial management, accurate reporting, cash flow forecasting, subcontract administration, and timely procurement. You will ensure compliance with contractual obligations, promote best practice, and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and the supply chain.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in quantity surveying within the social housing refurbishment sector, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a strong understanding of contract law and cost control processes.
