At Oasis Academy Marksbury Road, we have a new position open for a School Meals Supervisory Assistant (SMSA) to join our friendly lunchtime team, helping to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our pupils during the midday break. This role is for 2 hours a day during term time. Please check our website for updated term dates, you will be required on inset days too for training. Job overviewYou’ll be responsible for supervising pupils during the lunch period in the dining hall, promoting positive behaviour and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children. You’ll help maintain a calm and friendly atmosphere, encourage good table manners, and support pupils in their play.
