A New E-Commerce Leadership Role You Can Truly Own

Details & Benefits of the E-Commerce Lead role:

• Location: Stoke on Trent - open to hybrid or remote working but you must be available to attend meetings onsite every other Friday.
• Salary: up to £45,000 per annum (DOE)
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (3pm finish on Fridays)
• Holidays: 26 days (including your birthday off) + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown

Your job role as the E-Commerce Lead:

You'll oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, coordinate team priorities, and make sure projects stay on track.

Duties include:

• Managing and optimising the company's e-commerce sites
• Improving user journeys, analysing drop-outs and increasing conversion
• Keeping product listings, content and on-site merchandising up to date
• Collaborating with the digital team
• Supporting new product launches across all online channels
• Using analytics to spot opportunities, test ideas and show measurable results

Skills and experience required for the E-Commerce Lead position:

• Minimum 3 years+ previous experience of managing an e-commerce website
• Confidence using data to make commercial decisions
• Experience improving customer journeys and conversion
