£17.00 per hour *incl. %12.07 rolled -up hols pay- paid weekly
You will be an experienced groundworker and your role will include a variety of tasks on site in Birtley :
Clearing and preparing site by removing debris, vegetation, and existing structures
Laying and levelling up foundations for buildings, ensuring precise measurements and alignment
Installing and maintaining drainage systems, including pipes, manholes, and stormwater management systems
Constructing temporary and permanent access roads and pathways
Setting up and dismantling temporary structures, such as storage units
Mixing and pouring concrete for foundations, footpaths, and other structures
Operating a variety of machinery, including excavators, compactors, and concrete mixers
The other duties on site will include loaning & uploading as well as moving a variety of goods on site.
