Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:00am -16:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

Oversee all site operations and facilities for office-based teams on site.
Lead and develop a team of 150+.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Effectively manage change in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with other sites across the business.
Ensure compliance with health & safety, policies, and service level agreements.
Build strong internal and external relationships.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership in managing large teams of 150+ ideally in operations, tech or retail.
Strong coaching and team development skills.
Experience in change management, and process improvement.
Ability to identify and solve problems and implement solutions.
Hands-on approach with a focus on KPIs and operational targets.
Knowledge and experience of working with ISO standards: 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001.
Strong IT Literacy
Full driving licence as you will be required to travel to other sites on occasion.
