About the Role
You’ll plan and deliver engaging, high-quality teaching and assessment in workshop and classroom settings. As part of a supportive team, you’ll help learners achieve strong outcomes through excellent attendance, progress and achievement. You’ll assess work and provide clear feedback, including support with English and Maths, while adapting teaching to meet individual needs. You’ll work closely with colleagues, promote health and safety, support college activities and guide learners towards future learning and career opportunities.
About You
· You will have relevant industry experience as a motor vehicle technician, or in a related field.
· You will hold an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) automotive qualification.
· You will be willing to complete Equality, Diversity and Safeguarding training as part of the role.
· You will hold a PGCE, DTTLS or Certificate in Education, or be willing to work towards one.
