Summary
About the Role
You will deliver engaging, high-quality teaching and assessment in workshop and classroom settings, supporting learners to achieve and progress. You’ll assess work and provide clear feedback, including support with English and Maths. Working with colleagues, you’ll adapt teaching to meet individual needs and remove barriers to learning. You’ll help learners understand the wider industry context, promote health and safety, and guide them towards future learning and career opportunities.
About You
· You will have recent, relevant experience working within a construction trade.
· You will hold an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a construction trade or have equivalent industry experience.
· You will be happy to complete Equality & Diversity and Safeguarding training as part of the role.
