Lady Manners School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Engagement Worker to join our inclusion team.
This is a vital role working with students and families to support engagement and well-being both at school and at home. You'll help young people experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, self-esteem issues, and anger management by planning, running, and evaluating appropriate interventions.
A key focus will be maximising school attendance, particularly for students experiencing Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA), through supportive interventions and clear procedures.
You'll also collaborate with our partner primary schools and the wider inclusion team to provide social and emotional support, facilitating connections among family, school, and community resources. Actual Salary £17,758 to £19,042 per annum.
