What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a Nursery Room Leader or senior early years role.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development best practices.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Passion for delivering high-quality care in a child-focused and nurturing environment.
- Ability to motivate and develop a team, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a specific nursery room, ensuring the smooth delivery of care and education for your group.
- Support and mentor your team of early years practitioners, fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing observations and feedback to support development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inspiring environment both indoors and outdoors.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues.
