THE ROLE
We’re looking for an energetic and proactive Client Services Administrator to support our Account Management team. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone confident, personable, and highly organised. You’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks, from handling electoral projects to supporting customer communications and data management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• First line support for Account Managers
• Basic administration duties and call handling
• Handling incoming/outgoing mail
• Managing stock and office supplies
• Updating databases and systems
• Log, acknowledge, issue, process and chase information packs
• Opening and capturing data from returned packs
• Proof reading and data amendments
• Monitor, maintain and update the Client Services MIS system
• Supporting account managers with weekly and ad hoc print & mailing account management requirements
• Handling enquiries from the public
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Previous office experience (desirable)
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• High standard of English and Maths
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
