The Role
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-orientated Finance Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives under deadlines, and takes pride in accuracy and organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support cost centre allocation and accurate coding of supplier invoices
- Maintain and update supplier master records within Xero
- Assist with fixed asset purchase tracking and registration
- Identify and flag any unusual or unauthorised transactions for review
- Provide general finance and administrative support as required
- Work collaboratively across departments to support business operations

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an organised and proactive Finance Administrator with strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of finance administration processes. About you:
- Experience with purchase order systems and supplier management
- Understanding of cost allocation and departmental budgeting
- High attention to detail, particularly when coding financial transactions
- Experience working in project-based or cost-tracking environments
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with suppliers
- Previous experience using Xero (advantageous but not essential)
