We are looking for a Office Assistant to support our Lettings Team at Lancashire Properties. The role is to provide administrative support within the Lettings Team to ensure the smooth and effective running of letting team.
Main duties will include
Answering incoming phone calls
Business generation activities
Diary management
Liaising with clients
Providing support to a busy team
General office duties including filing, archiving, scanning and typing, answering phone calls, arranging viewings, maintaining client database, use of property software, meet and greet the clients and any other general office tasks.
Driving around to carry out various tasks as and when required including viewings
The ideal candidate will require the following skills
Efficient and well organised with a keen eye for detail
Confident with a professional approach
Excellent standard of communication
Have a good level of IT knowledge, especially Microsoft Office
Possess exceptional customer service skills
Able to work well in a pressurised office environment and with a team
A genuine desire to build new business
Time management skills
Good attention to details
Full Time Permanent Roll with 3 month Probation Period
21 days holidays plus bank holidays
Office Timings
Monday to Friday 0900am to 1800pm (1 Hour Lunch Break)
Expected start date: ASAP
