Summary

If you are looking for a rewarding career in Administration, then a great opportunity has arisen to join our amazing team. We are looking for a highly motivated Apprentice who is enthusiastic, innovative, and passionate about improving outcomes for children from birth to five years.

The duties in the role will include:

• Managing and responding to nursery emails and phone enquiries
• Supporting children’s bookings, attendance records, and waiting lists
• Assisting with invoicing, funding paperwork, and basic data entry
• Ordering nursery resources, stationery, and supplies
• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
• Liaising with parents, staff, and external agencies as required
• Providing general administrative support to the nursery management teamTraining to be Provided

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. They will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.
You will be working towards the Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard, which includes:
•Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
• Business Administrator L3 Apprenticeship Standard
•Functional skills in Maths and English if required
This will be delivered by your dedicated training provider, Realise.
